NATO supports normalization of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, envoy says
NATO supports the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, NATO’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, Javier Colomina, said on Sunday.
He welcomed the fresh talks between the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders hosted by European Council President Charles Michel.
“Encouraging news from the fifth meeting between Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev hosted today in Brussels by the President of the European Council following last week’s talks by Foreign Ministers in Washington. NATO supports the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Colomina tweeted.
