Police received report on attempted kidnapping of Pashinyan's son
Police have received a report on an attempted kidnapping of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s son, Ashot Pashinyan.
“Appropriate measures are being taken. The documents will be sent to the Investigative Committee,” the police spokesman told Panorama.am.
The Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper reported earlier that members of the Sons' Call NGO tried to abduct Pashinyan’s son near his house in Yerevan at around 3pm.
He managed to escape from the vehicle of the kidnappers, but was injured after being hit by another car belonging to them which was travelling behind.
