Artsakh people join rally in Armenian border village
A rally in support of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) kicked off in Kornidzor, a border village in Armenia’s Syunik Province, on Saturday afternoon.
The Volunteer Movement NGO said in a statement the protest would be held near the Hakari Bridge in the Lachin Corridor, the sole road linking Artsakh to Armenia where Azerbaijan set up a checkpoint in April.
A group of Artsakh Armenians also joined the rally.
They marched from the Stepanakert Military Pantheon towards the Zarin Bagh section of the road connecting Artsakh to Armenia.
