Car crash in Yerevan leaves 7 injured
Seven people, including three foreigners, have been injured following a major car crash in Yerevan on Tuesday.
The accident occurred on the Ashtarak Highway near the Norashen district and involved a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter car which ran off the road and slammed into a parked ZIL truck.
Seven crash victims were taken to the Armenia Medical Center in the wake of the accident. Three of them, all foreigners, left the hospital after treatment, the Ministry of Health said.
Four victims remain in the hospital. One of them is in intensive care. All patients are in moderate condition, the authorities said.
