Two foreign nationals were injured on Wednesday after Azerbaijani forces opened fire on a metallurgical plant under construction in the Armenian border village of Yeraskh, the Defense Ministry of Armenia said.
"The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry disseminated disinformation at around 11:30 a.m. as if the Armenian military opened fire on the Azerbaijani combat positions near the Yeraskh settlement, thus making an information base: 10-15 minutes later, at around 11:45 a.m., Azerbaijani side opened fire in the same direction at the metallurgical plant being built with the measures of foreign investments in Yeraskh, in the wake of which two foreign citizens were wounded," the ministry said in a statement.
