Artsakh denies Azerbaijan's false claims about truce violation, fortifications
The Defense Ministry of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has rejected Azerbaijan's accusations of a ceasefire violation by its forces and false claims about military fortifications.
“The statement released by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry claiming that on 21-22 June the Defense Army opened fire on the Azerbaijani positions in the occupied territories of the Artsakh Republic’s Martuni, Shushi and Askeran regions is untrue,” the ministry said in a statement.
“At the same time, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry continues to spread disinformation falsely claiming to have disrupted reinforcement works carried out by the Defense Army,” it added.
