Artsakh reports fresh truce violations by Azerbaijan
Artsakh’s Defense Ministry reported more ceasefire violations by Azerbaijani forces on Sunday and early Monday.
The Artsakh army positions in the Martuni, Askeran, Shushi and Martakert regions repeatedly came under Azerbaijani fire between 12:40 p.m. Sunday and 1 a.m. Monday, the ministry said in a statement.
Moreover, the Azerbaijani military targeted a farmer carrying out agricultural work on his tractor in the fields of Avdur community at 5։30pm. No casualties were reported.
The Artsakh authorities reported the truce violations to the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed there.
“As of 9:30 a.m. June 26, the situation on the line of contact is relatively stable,” the Defense Ministry said.
