Azerbaijan violates ceasefire in Artsakh
Military authorities in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reported a fresh truce violation by Azerbaijani forces on Tuesday evening and night.
“Between 6:55 p.m. on July 4 and 12:10 a.m. on July 5, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire in the Shushi and Martakert regions, using small arms,” the Artsakh Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The Artsakh military did not suffer casualties.
The ceasefire violation was reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed in Artsakh.
“As of 9:30 a.m. July 5, the situation on the line of contact is relatively stable,” reads the statement.
