Turkish reporter accuses EU's Klaar of inaction as Azerbaijan 'wipes out' Artsakh
Turkish journalist Uzay Bulut has reacted to EU special envoy Toivo Klaar’s social media post on the brief restoration of gas supply to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), accusing him of inaction on Azerbaijan’s plans to commit a genocide in Artsakh.
“Good to read this morning that gas supply to Khankendi/Stepanakert has been restored,” Klaar, the EU special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, tweeted early on Sunday after Azerbaijan briefly unblocked gas supply to Artsakh.
“It’s depressing to see that you lack courage and integrity, and watch idly by as the murderous dictatorship of Azerbaijan gradually wipes out Artsakh,” Bulut tweeted, addressing the EU envoy.
“Is that how you want to go down in history? As an appeasing coward who allowed a Genocide to take place?” she added.
