Azerbaijan violates ceasefire in Artsakh, uses mortars
Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reported a new truce violation by Azerbaijani forces on Wednesday morning.
“On July 12, at 9 a.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire in the Shushi region, using 82mm mortars,” the Defense Ministry of Artsakh said in a statement.
The ceasefire violation was reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed in Artsakh, it added.
Earlier on Wednesday, Azerbaijan falsely accused Artsakh's defense forces of firing at its combat positions in the occupied areas of the Shushi region.
