Pashinyan-Aliyev meeting could be held earlier in July, security chief says
The meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev scheduled for July 21 could take place earlier, Secretary of Armenia's Security Council Armen Grigoryan said on Wednesday.
"This meeting in Brussels may take place much earlier than July 21," Grigoryan said in an interview with the Voice of America’s Armenian Service.
The security chief highlighted the recent intense talks between Yerevan and Baku hosted by Washington, Brussels and Moscow.
Speaking about the unblocking of regional communications, Grigoryan stressed that sovereignty, jurisdiction and reciprocity are the thee key principles for Armenia in the ongoing talks with Azerbaijan.
