Second Armenian soldier wounded by Azeri fire in one day
Another Armenian soldier has been wounded by cross-border fire from Azerbaijani army positions near the village of Tegh today, the Defense Ministry reported.
“On July 12, at 12:10 p.m., units of the Azerbaijani armed forces fired at the Armenian combat outposts near Tegh, in the wake of which Armenian army serviceman N. T. was wounded,” the ministry said in a statement.
The serviceman's health condition is assessed as moderate and his life is not in danger, it added.
An Armenian army soldier identified as Y. Kh. was injured in Azerbaijani shooting in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
