He says, 'I am Armenian', but, uh...
Aram Sargsyan and his Republic Party have started a campaign against the Hayakve ballot initiative, actively discouraging people from joining it.
The Hayakve initiative started last week collecting signatures in support of its demands to criminalize Artsakh’s recognition as part of Azerbaijan and any government decision to stop campaigning for the Armenian Genocide recognition.
Sargsyan and his team have started using a slogan saying, “I am Armenian, but I say no to HayaKve” and applaud themselves, as if they brought together fighters like Vazgen Sargsyan and defended Artsakh.
No matter what Aram Sargsyan says, the first reaction of the public is like, “Is he really Vazgen Sargsyan's brother?” They don't analyze his statements and, basically, there is nothing to analyze, they’re all about utter “ninkolomania”. People get surprised once again and wish that Vazgen Sargsyan were alive.
Now this Russophobic political figure speaks against Hayakve. No, it's not that he disapproves it and refuses to join the collection of signatures. No, he is fully engaged in an anti-Hayakve campaign.
But what is he campaigning against?
Wasn't there an Armenian Genocide? How can you say there wasn't?
You know there was an Armenian Genocide, don't you?
And since you know, go ahead and sign it. This is the least that can be done.
Or, speaking on any TV channel, Aram, sorry, Sargsyan says: “We cannot guarantee that Artsakh won’t be part of Azerbaijan.”
Shame!
You may not want the Artsakh Republic to be part of Azerbaijan, right?
If you strongly oppose it, go and put your signature on it, there's nothing to be smart about here.
How can the Armenia trait of betrayal be so sticky? It’s unbelievable and incomprehensible to see facts confirming it every time. Where does their unbreakable meanness and downfall stem from?
Some time ago, I asked analysts, “What is the zero step that needs to be taken to reach the proposed primary steps: ousting the current government and strengthening the army, borders, economy, agriculture, education....”
Here's a value-based and ideological opportunity for you, just do it.
