Prince Harry and Meghan ‘taking time apart’ on different continents
Rumours of financial pressure on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continue to swirl after the couple lost their deal with Spotify, the Daily Express reported.
A source told PageSix the couple are "under tremendous financial pressure to fund their lavish California lifestyle, including their $14million (£10.7million) mansion and huge security costs."
They added: "That stress, coupled with their emotional issues, has likely made life a living hell. Taking time apart on different continents will hopefully help them find whatever they need to move on."
Meanwhile, an anonymous tipster told Deuxmoi the pair had “sold their mansion in Montecito” and that Harry was “living in another place.”
However, an insider close to the couple assured PageSix that rumours of any kind of breakdown in the couple's relationship are completely inaccurate.
They said: "It’s not true, it’s literally made up."
Harry is understood to be heading to Africa solo to work on a new Netflix documentary.
Last month, Harry and Markle’s $20million (£15.3million) deal with Spotify came to an abrupt end before their "Archetypes" podcast could see a second season.
This was reportedly due to a lack of good ideas for shows, with Harry understood to have pitched interviews with Donald Trump, Mark Zuckerberg, Vladimir Putin and Pope Francis, leaving executives "puzzled".
