As part of the "Science and Business Days 2023" event, prominent scientist, writer and philosopher Nasim Nicholas Taleb will arrive in Armenia. The "Science and Business Days 2023" event is organized by the initiative of RA Economy Ministery, bringing together scientists, researchers, businessmen and investors from Armenia and the whole world.

"We strongly believe that knowledge knows no borders, and that together we can pave the way for knowledge and business together. That is why we have initiated the "Science and Business Days" conference, which will serve as a unifying platform for scientists, businessmen, investors, and sector policymakers. In addition to internal work, we must actively seek to cooperate with international partners. Through partnership with other countries, we can open new markets for our scientists and give them an opportunity for cooperation," -RA Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan  noted.

According to him, there are a number of circumstances why holding the conference is important.

Nassim Nicholas Taleb is widely regarded as a brilliant and unconventional thinker who challenges conventional wisdom and encourages people to think outside the box.
In his welcome speech, Taleb emphasized that he is happy to participate in the "Science and Business Days 2023" event.

"I would like to express my gratitude for the invitation to be a part of this unique event. It is an honor and a privilege to be the keynote speaker at Science and Business Days. This event is an important platform for Armenia, where scientists meet with business leaders to discuss the importance of interdisciplinary cooperation, the challenges and opportunities of our time. Armenia, a country with an ancient history and vibrant culture, holds a special place in my heart. I have always been fascinated by civilizations that have stood the test of time and contributed immeasurably to the progress of mankind. "Armenia is undoubtedly one of the cradles of civilization that has offered the world countless intellectual achievements and scientists," - Taleb said in his speech.

It should be noted that this year the "Science and Business Days 2023" event will be held on December 1-2 in the Sundukyan National Academic Theater named.

The event "Days of Science and Business" was held for the first time in 2022. The event was attended by more than 1000 participants, among whom were the main guest and speaker, Nobel laureate Ardem Pataputyan, famous astrophysicist Garik Israelyan.
