ECHR gets information about Artsakh man kidnapped by Azerbaijan
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has been provided with information about Artsakh resident Rashid Beglaryan, who was kidnapped by Azerbaijan on August 1, PastInfo reported on Tuesday, citing the Office of Armenia’s Representative on International Legal Matters.
Azerbaijani forces kidnapped the 61-year-old Artsakh man as he walked toward Armenia through the Lachin Corridor blocked by Baku. His whereabouts remained unknown.
The ECHR has passed the information on to Beglaryan’s family, the office said.
