About the Holding

The holding has been operating in the market for more than 14 years. It publishes US GAAP financial statements.

Freedom Holding Corp. on December 18, 2020, received approval of an application for permanent membership by the Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and acquired Prime Executions Inc. (Delaware, USA), a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as well as NASDAQ, FINRA and SIPC. Freedom and Prime traded a total of 1.07 billion shares on the U.S. exchanges in December 2020.

In December, MSCI included Freedom Holding Corp. in the MSCI U.S. Small Cap 1750 and MSCI U.S. Investable Market 2500 indices. In March 2022, the international rating agency S&P Global Ratings assigned B- ratings to the Kazakhstan and Cyprus divisions of the holding.

Freedom Finance Europe obtained direct membership in the leading international central securities depository Euroclear in October 2021, which will enable the company to expand the range of operational, settlement and custody services for Freedom Finance Europe's clients in the European, UK and US markets.

The auditing activities of the holding are controlled by Deloitte, which is one of the big four companies. The holding company is regulated by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
