Azeri forces fire at Armenian positions near Norabak
The Armenian combat outposts near the village of Norabak came under Azerbaijani cross-border fire on Friday afternoon, Armenia’s Defense Ministry reported.
“The Defense Ministry will make an additional report on the development of the situation,” it said.
Two Armenian soldiers were killed and another was wounded in Azerbaijani shelling near the village of Sotk earlier on Friday.
Azerbaijani troops also used mortars to strike the Armenian army positions there, the ministry said, adding that the intensity of the gunfire decreased by 11:20 a.m. local time.
