Pashinyan says Yerevan received Baku's new comments on peace deal
Armenia has received new comments from Azerbaijan regarding the text of the peace treaty with Armenia, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Thursday.
“We will work and provide our comments within a reasonable time,” he told a cabinet meeting.
“Peace in our region has no alternative and is the only solution that guarantees the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and security of the countries in our region, which is a necessary and fundamental condition for normal development and progress,” Pashinyan stated.
“And today, also in this sense, it is urgent to overcome the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, towards which, as I said, we will continue to take all possible measures,” he added.
