Arshavir Gharamyan warns of renewed attempts to stir panic in Artsakh
Lieutenant-General Arshavir Gharamyan, a former director of Artsakh’s National Security Service (NSS), warns of renewed attempts to spread panic and fear among the Artsakh Armenians.
"In recent days, when the internal political crisis in Artsakh seems to have entered a stage of settlement and the situation is very fragile and unstable, a group of (you don't even know how to call them) "scumbags", who only aim to destroy the Artsakh statehood in line with Nikol's tactics referring to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan], have started to stir panic and fear among the people,” he write on Facebook on Friday.
Gharamyan called for punishment of all “provocateurs” and national consolidation in the current difficult situation.
