25 killed, including 2 civilians, in Azerbaijani attack on Artsakh
Artsakh’s health officials reported that 25 people, including two civilians, were killed and 128 others were hospitalized with injuries in the wake of Azerbaijani shelling on Tuesday.
According to Ombudsman Geghan Stepanyan, one child was among those killed and at least 12 of those injured were children.
Azerbaijan launched a large-scale offensive against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) on Tuesday afternoon, also shelling its civilian settlements.
The heavy fighting along the entire line of contact continued as of Tuesday evening.
“Battles continue along the entire line of contact. The Azerbaijani military is using artillery, rocket systems, combat UAVs and warplanes,” the Artsakh Defense Army said.
