Ombudsman reports civilian casualties in Artsakh in the wake of Azeri attack
Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan has reported casualties among Armenian civilians, including children, in the wake of a full-scale Azerbaijani offensive.
"There are multiple casualties and injuries among civilians, including children,” he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“According to the data collected, at this moment there are at least 2 causalities, including one child, and 11 injuries, including 8 children, caused by Azerbaijan’s attacks,” the ombudsman said, posting photos of wounded children.
Azerbaijan launched a large-scale offensive against Artsakh on Tuesday afternoon after falsely accusing Artsakh defense forces of "terrorism".
