Artsakh reports massive attack by Azerbaijan
The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Ministry has reported a large-scale offensive by Azerbaijani troops along the line of contact.
“On September 19, at around 1 p.m., the Azerbaijani military violated the ceasefire along the line of contact, launching rocket and artillery strikes,” it said in a statement, promising to provide updates.
Artsakh's former State Minister Ruben Vardanyan first reported the attack in a social media post.
"Azerbaijan has initiated a massive artillery attack against Nagorno-Karabakh, targeting cities and civilians on a large scale," he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
