Artsakh says 'concrete steps' underway to resolve situation after Azeri shooting
Artsakh says “concrete measures” are in place to resolve the situation following Azerbaijan’s fresh truce violation.
The Azerbaijani military has breached the new Russian-brokered ceasefire in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) which took effect at 1 p.m. local time on Wednesday, 24 hours after Baku launched a large-scale military offensive, the Artsakh Info Center reported.
It said Azeri troops opened fire on Stepanakert using small arms on Thursday afternoon.
“With the engagement of the interested parties, concrete steps are being taken to resolve the situation,” the Info Center added, urging people to keep calm and follow official reports.
