Iran resumes flights to Armenia
Iran has resumed flights to Armenia and Azerbaijan following a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), ISNA news agency reported on Wednesday, citing the spokesperson of Iran's civil aviation organization.
Iran had earlier cancelled all flights to Azerbaijan and Armenia until further notice for security reasons.
Artsakh agreed to disband its armed forces and discuss its “reintegration” into Azerbaijan as part of a Russia-brokered ceasefire announced on Wednesday, 24 hours after Baku launched a large-scale military offensive.
The Artsakh ombudsman’s office said at least 200 people, including 10 civilians, were killed and more than 400 injured in Azerbaijani attacks.
