7 people injured in Artsakh blast moved to Yerevan's National Burns Center
Seven people injured in Monday’s explosion at a fuel depot in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have been transferred to the National Center for Burns and Dermatology in Yerevan.
The blast victims, who were airlifted to Armenia on Tuesday morning, are undergoing examination and receiving the necessary treatment., the Armenian Health Ministry said.
Doctors say four patients are in serious condition in intensive care, while the condition of three is assessed as serious but stable.
At least 20 people were killed and 290 others injured in the powerful blast at the facility near Stepanakert on Monday evening. Artsakh’s former State Minister Artak Beglaryan said over 100 people may have been burnt to death in the explosion.
