Artsakh, Azerbaijani representatives hold fresh talks
Representatives from Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) and Azerbaijan started a new round of talks in the town of Yevlakh late on Friday afternoon, Sputnik Armenia reported, citing Azerbaijani media.
Deputy Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council Sergey Martirosyan and MP David Melkumyan represent the Artsakh Armenians. The Azerbaijani delegation is led by Ramin Mammadov, an MP who was also identified earlier this year as the person responsible for talks with the Karabakh people.
The two delegations first met in Yevlakh on 21 September before holding a second round of talks in Ivanyan four days later.
