Ex-minister: We all betrayed 120,000 Artsakh Armenians
Former Armenian Finance Minister Vardan Aramyan claims Armenia “has betrayed” 120,000 Artsakh people.
"We all betrayed Ruben Vardanyan, David Babayan and 120,000 people of Artsakh. And let no one try to blame this or that process, the only thing that matters is the result,” he wrote on Facebook on Friday.
Aramyan called out the Armenian leadership for last week’s Azerbaijani military offensive which saw Baku seize control of Artsakh and spurred an exodus of tens of thousands of Armenians.
“Members of the government, do you sleep well at night? You are at the helm of the country, not the Russians, the Portuguese, the opposition or the U.S. This is a disaster, gentlemen!” he added.
