Romania sends humanitarian aid to displaced Artsakh Armenians
Two planes loaded with humanitarian aid sent by Romania for the people forcibly displaced from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) landed in Yerevan on Saturday.
"This is only a part of the relief cargo sent by the Romanian government to Armenia. Another flight is scheduled from Bucharest to Yerevan to deliver medical aid to the people affected by the explosion in Stepanakert," said Romanian Ambassador to Armenia Cornel Ionescu, who received the humanitarian cargo at the Yerevan airport.
The humanitarian aid includes bedding, foodstuffs and other basic goods.
