'Educated' Ilham Aliyev tramples on Artsakh flag
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev trampled on the Artsakh flag as he visited Azeri-occupied Stepanakert on Sunday.
A video released by Azerbaijani media shows him stepping on a Nagorno-Karabakh flag that had been placed on the floor of the Artsakh government building.
Incidentally, after holding his first talks with the Azeri leader in 2018, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Aliyev had left the “impression of an educated person.”
The leader of an authoritarian state, "educated" Aliyev again proved himself as a barbarian by trampling on the flag of the Artsakh Republic, which has been guided by progressive democratic values for three decades.
