Armenian, Azerbaijani PMs meet in Tbilisi
The prime ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Nikol Pashinyan and Ali Asadov, on Friday met face to face in Tbilisi, Georgia, for the first time since the September developments in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Georgian news agency Imedi reported.
The meeting was hosted by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
The Armenian and Azerbaijani premiers discussed the conflict between the two countries for a few hours.
The Georgian Prime Minister's Office reports that he hosted the heads of the delegations attending the Silk Road International Forum in Tbilisi at a gala dinner in their honor.
The Tbilisi Silk Road Forum is being held under the patronage of Garibashvili on October 26-27. Around 2,000 delegates from 60 countries are in attendance.
