Artsakh war hero's parents welcome baby boy
The parents of Gevorg Khachatryan, a fallen hero of the 2020 Artsakh war, have welcomed a baby boy.
"My husband wanted us to name the baby after his brother, Gevorg. But we realize that they are different children. He is Gevorg Jr.," says his mother, Lilit,
The parents admit that for three years their life has been colorless and monotonous, with no hope for the future. Now the atmosphere in their family has changed, Zinuzh Media reports.
"After an irreparable loss, he has brought light into our home," Lilit says.
The family’s second child, Artur, was also looking forward to his younger brother’s birth.
Gevorg Khachatryan died on the Artsakh frontline on October 10.
