Borrell thanks Joly for efforts towards Canada's participation in EUMA
The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Josep Borrell, has thanked Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly for her personal engagement for Canada’s participation in the EU mission in Armenia.
“Good to meet my friend melaniejoly ahead of the EU-Canada Summit. We had an in-depth discussion on the situation in the Middle East,” the top EU diplomat wrote on X on Wednesday.
“I thanked her for her personal engagement for Canadian participation to the EU mission in Armenia (EUMA) and Canada’s important work on Haiti,” he added.
