20th Khachaturian Competition to be held in violin category
The 20th Aram Khachaturian International Competition will be held in the category of violin from June 6 to 13, organizers said.
Applications for participation are open. For participation, it is necessary to send one or more internet links to the video of your performance (at least 15 minutes long). The video shouldn’t be edited or interrupted. Also, you need to present one or more works written for solo violin or violin and piano (orchestra).
The exact names of the works submitted for the preliminary audition, the date and duration of the video recording must be indicated in the application for participation.
The application submission deadline is March 1, 2024.

The Khachaturian International Competition is an awaited and celebrated classical music event both locally and internationally. The competition was established on 6 June 2003 in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian, a giant pillar of the 20th century classical music for Armenia and the world.
