Tigran Avinyan prematurely dismissed as ANIF board member
Armenian Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan has prematurely dismissed Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, Sona Tevanyan and Aneta Babayan as board members of the Armenian State Interests Fund (ANIF) CJSC.
The relevant order was published on the official website of the Armenian Ministry of Economy.
The document also approved the personnel of the ANIF Council.
By another order, Kerobyan did not approve ANIF's balance sheet for 2022 and the company's financial results report because the consolidated financial statements for the reporting period did not accurately reflect the financial position of the company and its subsidiaries.
Tigran Avinyan took over as Yerevan mayor on October 13.
