This is why Azerbaijan orchestrated Khojaly
"Remember what you did in Khojaly,” said an ignorant Azerbaijani hater in comments down below the Russian version of the report “Twists of ideologies” which referred to the brutal murder of Armenian army officer Gurgen Margaryan by Azerbaijani criminal Ramil Safarov in 2004.
Such comments referring to the so-called “Khojaly massacre” can be found below other reports about Azeri brutalities. They include news stories about the Sumgait genocide, Maragha, Baku pogroms, beheadings of Armenian prisoners and diabolical torture of children by Azerbaijani soldiers (I saw 6-month-old Armenian babies boiled alive), mockery of the bodies.... I want to say at least look at the chronology, then I think they could¬ twist my statements to push ahead with their lies.
61-year-old Artsakh man Rashid Beglaryan was detained in August this year by the Azerbaijani State Border Service near the village of Akhavno, when he was on his way to Armenia from Artsakh through the road that had become the only land link between the two countries as a result of the Aliyev-Pashinyan agreement and Putin's consent.
Akhavno’s handover to Azerbaijan was not even envisaged by the trilateral statement of 9 November 2020. Later, during incomprehensible conversations Pashinyan and Aliyev decided that step by step that there is a future, for surrender ("There is a future" is the election campaign slogan of the ruling Civil Contract party). These decided, Artsakh Minister of Territorial Administration Hayk Khanumyan administered the territories, emptied and surrendered them to Azerbaijan.
Rashid Beglaryan has now been arrested in Baku for his alleged involvement in the Khojaly events.
Azerbaijan orchestrated the “Khojaly massacre” to use it now. They arrest and convict people in an attempt to show off the Azerbaijani justice to the international community, saying, “Look what they have done and it has no statute of limitations.”
Where are the names of the Azerbaijani Turks who burned alive and slaughtered Armenian children, beheaded prisoners, mutilated women’s bodies and burned them?
There are so many Turks walking around Armenia, developing tourism applauded by the government. Aren’t there any "Rashid Beglaryans" among them, who can be caught by the National Security Service (NSS) so that we would realize that we have learned something from Azerbaijanis too, and the Armenian courts are engaged in patriotic work.
