Pashinyan, Blinken discuss Armenia-Azerbaijan 'normalization'
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday had a phone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
The interlocutors discussed issues related to the agenda of both regional and bilateral relations, the Armenian government's press office reported.
"In particular, reference was made to the normalization process of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations," it said in its readout of the phone call.
The humanitarian problems of more than 100,000 forcibly displaced people of Nagorno Karabakh and the steps taken by the Armenian government to overcome them were also discussed. The importance of the support of the international community was emphasized, the statement added.
