Opposition MP Tigran Abrahamyan has visited Armenian combat positions hit by heavy snow.

"The warmest atmosphere prevails in combat outposts where people united for a common cause fulfill their mission of defending the homeland amid extreme cold and heat,” he wrote on Facebook on Thursday, posting photos of the army positions.

“The harsher the weather and the more challenging the geographical conditions, the higher the desire to complement each other, because otherwise it would be virtually impossible to carry out the military service.

“Contacts in combat positions enhance my approach that not everything is lost and the current generation is also ready to fulfill its historical mission, it is just necessary to create appropriate conditions for it, including ideological, political and technological," Abrahamyan noted.
