No document on dissolution of Artsakh's state institutions, president says
Artsakh’s (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Samvel Shahramanyan on Friday said the document ordering the dissolution of its state institutions was not valid as he met with heads of state structures who continue to serve on a voluntary basis.
Shahramanyan referred to the decree he signed on September 26 to dissolve all state institutions from January 1, 2024.
"There is no document of the Republic of Artsakh envisaging the dissolution of government institutions,” he stated.
Shahramanyan instructed the mayor of Stepanakert and heads of district administrations to continue work on inventorying the problems of displaced Artsakh people and periodically report to the government.
