Baku’s barbaric regime continues its hybrid war against Armenia in all areas, says Vardan Voskanyan, an Iran expert who chairs Yerevan State University's Iranian studies department.

In a social media post on Thursday, he referred to the so-called “film” about Yerevan aired on a state-run Azerbaijani TV channel which caused uproar in Armenia.

"Judging by the partially available information about the "creation" of this movie, there is virtually no doubt that a propaganda and psychological subversive attack was carried out against us in line with a somewhat complicated scheme involving the Baku dictator’s special services,” Voskanyan wrote.

“The barbaric regime in Baku is an anti-human cancerous tumor that does not seek peace, but the psychological and, if possible, physical destruction of Armenia. Therefore, there is no other way out but to eradicate this malignant tumor," he added.
