Georgian president wishes peace and prosperity to Armenians on Christmas
Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili congratulated the Armenian Apostolic Church and its parishioners all over the world, especially those of Armenian origin living in Georgia on Christmas and Epiphany, the Georgian First Channel reported.
“Together with them, I congratulate representatives of those confessions who are celebrating the Annunciation of the Lord today. I join in your joy and wish you peace, health and prosperity,” Zourabichvili wrote on Facebook.
The Armenian Apostolic Church observes Christmas and Epiphany on January 6.
