FM reiterates Armenia's commitment to peace in South Caucasus
Armenia is determined to continue peace talks, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at a joint press conference with his Greek counterpart Giorgos Gerapetritis in Yerevan on Wednesday.
"Despite all the challenges and difficulties, slowdowns and, in some cases, deconstructivism we are witnessing, the Republic of Armenia is unwavering in its commitment to establish peace in the South Caucasus," Mirzoyan said.
"We believe that with a mutual constructive approach and political will, we will be able to achieve a tangible result in establishing peace in the near future," he emphasized.
Earlier today, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Greece held private talks, followed by an extended meeting.
