Azerbaijan to respond to Armenia's latest peace proposals 'in coming weeks'
Azerbaijan received Armenia's new proposals on the bilateral peace treaty in early January, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said on Saturday.
"Azerbaijan will send its response to Armenia in the coming weeks," he told reporters.
Earlier this week, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Ani Badalyan said Azerbaijan had yet to respond to the new set of peace proposals submitted by Armenia on January 4.
Speaking at a news conference on Tuesday, Foreign Minister Ararat Mizoyan lamented “some regression” in the latest Azerbaijani proposals on the peace treaty submitted to Armenia.
