Quatuor Ebène to open 25th Yerevan Perspectives Music Festival
The 25th Yerevan Perspectives International Music Jubilee Festival kicks off with an extraordinary concert featuring the Quatuor Ebène, a Grammy Award-winning French string quartet, the festival organizers said.
With a legacy of triumphs in numerous international competitions and the coveted title of "Ensemble of the Year" at leading festivals, the quartet has redefined musical experiences for over two decades. They have captivated audiences with a diverse repertoire, seamlessly blending familiar classics with innovative performances in various genres.
The concert is scheduled to be held at Yerevan's Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall on February 20.
The program features Mozart's String Quartet No. 21 in D major, K.575, Alfred Schnittke's String Quartet No. 3 and Edvard Grieg's String Quartet No. 1.
