EU envoy offers condolences to killed Armenian soldiers' families
EU Ambassador to Armenia Vassilis Maragos has extended condolences to the families of the Armenian soldiers killed on the border with Azerbaijan.
Four Armenian soldiers were killed and another was wounded when their combat positions near the village of Nerkin Hand in Syunik Province came under Azerbaijani fire early on Tuesday.
"My sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the servicemen, who were killed yesterday on the borderline in Syunik. I wish swift recovery to the wounded," Maragos posted on X on Wednesday.
