Bayramov: Armenia, Azerbaijan to hold fresh talks soon
The delegations of Azerbaijan and Armenia will hold fresh peace talks in the near future, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has revealed.
"Despite a certain hiatus in negotiations, work on the draft peace agreement continued. However, after the meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, it was decided to resume the negotiation process,” TASS quoted him as telling reporters on Monday.
“It’s planned to hold negotiations on the peace treaty between the delegations of Azerbaijan and Armenia in the coming days," Bayramov added.
