Another act of vandalism reported in Azeri-occupied Stepanakert
Another case of vandalism was recorded in occupied Stepanakert, where Azerbaijani vandals destroyed a statue representing the image of a traditional Armenian grandmother in the area adjacent to Stepanakert's Revival Square, Cultural Ombudsman of Hayk Hovik Avanesov reported.
"With this policy, Azerbaijan is erasing the Armenian cultural identity of Stepanakert. This action by the Azerbaijani state administration further highlights the danger faced by monuments in Artsakh," he wrote on Facebook on Sunday.
