Goris mayor's father reportedly purchased expensive car license plate
The auction of expensive car license plates in Armenia, where 7 lots worth 156 million drams went under the hammer, ended on February 28.
Hraparak has revealed that the license plate number "000 OO 00" was purchased by Arantsk LLC.
Citing the data available on the State Register of Legal Entities of the Armenian Ministry of Justice, Hraparak reports that Arantsk LLC is owned by Gagik Arushanyan, the father of Goris Mayor Arush Arushanyan.
The man did not deny the acquisition when contacted by the news outlet, declining to answer any other questions.
"What are you interested in? I’m not going to answer your question. What is it to you?" he said in response to a question why he has bought the expensive license plate.
