Vardan Voskanyan: It's unreasonable to succumb to despair
Vardan Voskanyan, a Yerevan-based expert on Iran, urges the Armenian people to stand up against the challenges facing the country instead of falling into despair.
"There are two enemies for a dignified Armenia currently: Baku's barbaric regime and despair," he posted on Facebook on Friday.
"Both of these enemies are trying to break us, bring us to our knees, block all natural instincts of resistance and destroy us.
"Therefore, here is an extremely simple and clear formula: to succumb to despair is unreasonable and unnatural. It would simply be tantamount to surrendering to Baku's barbaric regime and dishonorably fading away," Voskanyan stated.
