Political analyst Suren Surenyants urges Armenians to reject 'populism and adventurism'
Political analyst Suren Surenyants urges the Armenian people to reject “populism and adventurism” in an effort to stop “humiliating” concessions to Azerbaijan.
"I believe a purposeful struggle, realistic agenda and approaches can help prevent hideous and humiliating solutions for Armenia. However, the public has to reject populism and adventurism, the obsession with counting on foreigners and the search for ‘saviors’ to succeed,” he wrote on Facebook on Saturday.
Surenyants claims Armenia can no longer be the same as before 2018 and the 2020 war.
He urged all to join a rally in Yerevan’s Aznavour Square on 6 April to discuss the challenges facing Armenia.
“Armenia deserves to have a decent government,” the expert stressed.
